Yes, we ship worldwide!

Yes we accept any currency, however if you order from outside of Europe and pay with a different currency, you may notice that after the shopping cart the currency switches back to Euro. Unfortunately this is a rule we can’t change since we are receiving the amount in Euro. However the order amount will be debited of your account in your OWN currency.

For example: You’re a customer from the US, your shopping cart says 200$ but at the checkout it shows €180,00. The amount that will be written off your account will be 200$

You can easily see this in your shopping cart after entering your address.

Since everything is custom made, it takes around 2-6 weeks to ship. Please keep in mind, this is an estimation; delays are possible at any time.

Once shipped, the arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. Netherlands: 1-2 business days. Europe: 3-5 business days. US and rest of the world: 3-5 business days.

Please notice: During holiday periods, it can take a bit longer than usual to ship out your products.

Yes, as soon as the shoes have been shipped you will immediately receive a track and trace code in your e-mail to track the package.

Yes, our customs are made with the best products on the market. All shoes are 100% waterproof and scratch resistant. They are, of course, custom-made shoes, so we recommend treating them nicely.

Yes, all the shoes we use are 100% original/authentic. Every treatment on the shoe is custom made.

Canceling your order is only possible within 2 days (48 hours), since we immediately source the materials and the shoes in the ordered size.

If you want to cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours), we charge a €25,00 cancellation costs. So please be sure before ordering
